Ingredients
  

  • 12 chicken wing drumettes You can adjust the quantity based on your needs.
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 5. 2 tablespoons honey
  • 6. 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 7. 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 8. 1 teaspoon paprika optional for added flavor
  • 9. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to your spice preference
  • 10. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 11. 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 12. 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 13. 1/4 cup honey mustard sauce

Instructions
 

  • Trim the chicken drumsticks to form a lollipop effect. Do this by cutting along the bottom of the meaty part and pulling the skin down towards the joint. Remove any excess meat from the bone area.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken drumsticks, poultry rub, and lime juice. Toss to coat.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat (375 degrees F).
  • Brush the chicken drumsticks with olive oil.
  • Place the chicken drumsticks on the grill and cook for 30 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, honey, and Sriracha sauce.
  • Brush the chicken drumsticks with the BBQ sauce mixture.
  • Continue grilling the chicken drumsticks for 2-3 minutes more, or until the sauce is caramelized.
  • Remove the chicken drumsticks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
