- Cajun seasoning

- Onion

- Heavy cream
- Chicken broth

Cook the pasta according to package directions.
While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
Stir in the Cajun seasoning and cook for 1 minute more.
Add the heavy cream and milk to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
