- 1 packet of instant noodles
- 1 Chinese cabbage shredded
- 6 green onions sliced
- 1/2 cup of slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup of chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of lime juice
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the instant noodles according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
