Ingredients
  

  • Plain flour
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil or beef dripping for greasing the tin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 230°C/210°C fan/gas 8.
  • Drizzle a little vegetable oil into the holes of the bun tin or Yorkshire pudding tin and place in the oven to heat through.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, and salt until smooth and lump-free.
  • Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge.
  • Carefully remove the hot tin from the oven and pour the batter evenly into the holes.
  • Place the tin back in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the Yorkshire puddings are golden brown and puffed up.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite roast dinner.
